For the best value, my subscription service will give you unlimited access to either; all of my live online classes or the entire library of season-specific on-demand yoga classes.

“Can't recommend clara@runcieyoga enough. Having know Clara for a number of years through a mutual friend. I met her after lockdown and explained how I was in a lot of pain with my body after slipping in a local restaurant months previously. This led to issues with my muscles in my back, shoulder, legs and even my feet plus a few years before that I had broke L5 on my spine. Basically, my body was a mess and core muscles that used to be strong were weakened. I struggled to even get out a bath and dreaded the day I would become stuck and have to shout for help. Clara invited me along to her home for private practice. After taking down all my history she devised how to get me started with yoga. Early day I was a terrible student always moaning and making terrible grunting noises doing the moves. We found humour in it and she pushed me on enough to see a difference within a week or two. It wasn't all easy but she gave me advice on how to look after myself out with practice by having salt baths to ease my muscles too. Fast forward months and the difference was amazing. I was eventually able to pull myself out a bath with ease. I cannot thank her enough for time and dedication to my cause and dread to think how my body would be now if I hadn't started my yoga journey. Clara is dedicated to a person's whole wellbeing."
